Our “People Philosophy”
Due to the collaborative nature of our business, the quality of our staff and community is essential to producing quality work. MRE takes professional development seriously, and continually invests in its employees through three dedicated programs: Career Advisory Program (CAP), eXperienced Professionals Program (XP), and Young Professionals Program (YP).
Career Advising Program (CAP)
A career in consulting can be difficult to navigate at times. Our Career Advising Program was established to help our people reach their highest potential. Each employee is paired with an advisor who will act as their mentor, coach and champion throughout their career. The employee and advisor will develop a unique career path and define the activities, goals, and check points to ensure the highest level of success for the employee and MRE.
The TechWorks community provides a forum for collaboration, knowledge sharing, training and networking. TechWorks members collectively share a broad spectrum of experience and knowledge across technology platforms including development, system architecture, infrastructure management and more. We are always excited to have new members join the TechWorks community and contribute their unique experience, insight and ideas.
eXperienced Professionals Program (XP Program)
MRE’s eXperienced Professionals Program is designed for employees of any age with more than 5 years of experience within the consulting industry. XP’s purpose is to ensure MRE employees are actively investing in their own careers. To accomplish this goal, the group provides a forum for training and knowledge sharing, provides a forum for MRE Leadership to delegate strategic initiatives and other assignments, and fosters relationships with colleagues.
Young Professionals Program (YP Program)
MRE’s Young Professionals Program is designed for employees of any age with less than 5 years of experience within the consulting industry. To help ease the transition from college or another industry to life at MRE, the YP program regularly hosts social and professional events including happy hours, lunchtime educational workshops and networking opportunities.
